Sell Your Home in A Weekend Program:

Hi, I am Larry Thompson, Owner and Broker in Charge of Venture Realty. For years, I have owned and operated an innovative Real Estate firm and have also been involved with Mortgages. I always like to try new ideas and this one is tested and proven to work.

The idea is to allow homeowners who have not tested the market to get their feet wet. We are looking for Properties currently not listed with a Real Estate Broker who would like to have a Large number of buyers view their house in a short amount of time.

You will list your home with us for a period of 2 days, Saturday and Sunday. In reality, it will only be shown for 20 minutes each day. That’s right, 20 minutes. This is a Tour of Homes so we will start at the 1st home at 12:00 Noon and stay until 12:20. Then the caravan of home buyers will get in their cars and drive to the next location. This continues until we have been to every house.

Prizes will be given at each house to keep everyone coming and they will have to give feedback to qualify at each house.

We are sending out over 10,000 flyers to get Home Buyers to come as well as Radio advertising, Grocery Stores, Apartments, etc…

This will be the most exposure a house will have in a market like this.

How this process works:

1) Sign up using the form below and to the left or call 704-597-7187
2) Meet with a neighborhood specialist
3) During this meeting your neighborhood specialist will discuss pricings using a full comparative analysis, staging your home to appeal to more buyers, and about the benefits of working with Venture Realty
4) Sign papers that allow us to list your home for 1 weekend, literally 20 minutes each for Saturday and Sunday
5) Your neighborhood expert will then take photos and notes on the features of your home
6) Prior to your neighborhood tour, we will advertise the tour on the radio, through over 21,000 flyers, internet, and many other ways to increase buyer traffic
7) Wednesday before your tour we will put a sign and flyer in your yard to increase exposure for your home
8) Before the tour, you will need to make sure your home is clean and ready for visitors, get a prize to award at the end of viewing of your home, and get excited.
9) The day of the tour, your neighborhood expert will stop by and do a walk-thru in your home to see if they can help get your home ready, we will put new flyers in your home, place a Venture Realty sign and balloons at draw more attention to your home.
10) At each home we will have home buyers give feedback on what they liked and didn’t like about your home.
11) Then all you need to do is sit back, relax and wait for an offer on your home.
12) The following Monday or Tuesday after your tour, your neighborhood specialist will meet with you again and give you a professional analysis of the feedback that was received on your home.
13) Then you can decide if you are ready to put the house on the market or would like to wait for another time.
